PGL is proud of our workplace culture. We are committed to continuing development of a strong community in which everyone’s voices are heard and validated. We strive to have a workplace that is diverse, inclusive, and equitable; we recognize that in these areas we can always do better.
Our vision is to better represent the communities in which we live and work. To do this, it is crucial that leadership positions be held by a diverse group of people. Our community will be strengthened by inclusion of the widest possible range of views, perspectives and thought processes informed by different backgrounds and life experience; by sharing our different personal and professional experiences our people will be able to grow.
Our vision is to include, embrace, promote, and celebrate differences of race, religion, age, gender, sexual orientation, physical, and mental abilities and to ensure that every Villager feels they have equal opportunities for growth at PGL.

EDIB Day-to-Day
Our EDIB efforts are carried out by a broad grass-roots committee with an allocated budget. In 2022, they led an external consultant’s review of PGL’s EDIB status which is a foundation for making PGL an even more inclusive organization.
