PGL ascribes to the stakeholder model, in that a business must address all its stakeholders, including employees and their families, shareholders, clients, suppliers and the community at large. We aim to establish a sustainable long-term balance among the stakeholders. Our team strives to be progressive in how the business operates and manages itself while we endeavor to provide the maximum autonomy for our villagers.

As an environmental consultant, we are passionate about our responsibility to be green.

We take aboriginal truth and reconciliation seriously. Our appreciable aboriginal client base makes it easier for us to act.

We have a strong health and safety culture and are proud of our safety record.

We are ambitious to improve from good to great in equity, diversity and inclusion.

We are dedicated to our communities, and provide significant charitable donations, predominantly through matching staff donations. In addition, in lieu of client gifts or cards, we make sizeable donations in the holiday season in BC and Ontario by annually commissioning a piece of aboriginal art for our holiday emails. We also sponsor community sports, contributing to teams and events where PGL villagers are involved as participants, coaches or parents.
