Chelsea (she/her) loves helping people. As a big-picture thinker matched with a detail-oriented mindset, Chelsea is an expert on regulatory projects in contaminated sites. She works with lenders, developers, realtors, brokers, industry, and government and takes a customized approach to her clients’ projects to ensure the work meets their needs. Chelsea is a graduate of the University of British Columbia, a Professional Geoscientist, and a Project Management Professional. She leads half of PGL’s Contaminated Sites Group out of the BC office and is proud of her team’s growth. Since starting with PGL in 2010, Chelsea has gained experience on a range of sites including complex redevelopments, bulk storage fuelling facilities, dry-cleaning operations, and automotive repair/service stations. Chelsea has been actively involved in competitive sports at a national level since the age of 14. She brings her work ethic, dedication, and time management learned from sports to each of her projects. She volunteers her time as a Board member of a non-profit organization and as a soccer coach in her local municipality.
